How to become the perfect anything
I remember seeing a documentary about Belfast artist John Luke, who in later years, became a vegan Buddhist.
He died of malnutrition.
He ate oats and crab apples. That’s all.
My brother Cathal said, “How did he die? He was eating like a horse!”
But the story I remember was this.
While studying with his master, John Luke asked,
“Master, how do I make the perfect painting?”
His teacher replied.
“First you must become perfect. Then you paint.”
Simple really. So I made these.

Cheers Dave. I printed a few of them up as A2 posters. They look like silkscreens. We gave away the ‘Perfect Stranger’ one to our 1000th twitter follower – But if you’d like any of the others you are more than welcome.
